Earth Bio Technologies has been providing the most comprehensive drain line maintenance for the Philadelphia region for over 14 years. The product EB Tech uses combined with dedicated, consistent service, has kept our clients free from drain line backups associated with Grease and Oil build up.
What has sustained us in this industry is the use of Live Vegetative Bacteria. We are the only company in Philadelphia using this type of bacteria; other companies use an Enzyme (which Philadelphia and most surrounding counties do not allow) or a “spore form” bacteria which is a product made mostly of soaps.
The 13 strains of bacteria that EB Tech use, enter the drain line system with two functions, one to form colonies by procreating and the other to use the grease and oil as a food source, converting it to carbon dioxide and water. The bacteria used is the primary reason grease and oil do not clog our clients drain line system. Our Live Bacteria combined with scheduled grease trap maintenance, strainers for all sinks and floor drains and our technician’s dedication, has allowed our clients to stop budgeting for emergency plumbing service.
Our clients list includes over 100 fast food operations, virtually all three and four star hotels and restaurants in the Philadelphia market as well as networks of Assisted Living communities and Municipal Sewer Authorities.
